This is the ONLINE VERSION of our Hot Yoga 26+2 class!
We offer a traditional 90-minute Hot Yoga series with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This is a wonderful class for yogis of all levels in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. This series is intended to increase your endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration while cleansing the mind and body. This is a lovely set series many yogis have come to love and appreciate. The series focuses on the same postures for each class so, as a yoga student, you do not need to guess what posture is coming next. This class will detox the body, improve circulation and help you become energized and ready for anything!
Bikram yoga is more than about creating a great physique: it is therapy for the mind, body, spirit and emotions. The selected postures done in sequence, timing and repetition in a heated room heals the practitioner from the inside out. The benefits are happening at a cellular level: atomically, biochemically, as well as mentally and emotionally.
