This is the ONLINE VERSION of our Warm Flow class!
Warm vinyasa flow class with the room heated to 75-80 degrees. This helps the body become more stretched while you strengthen. Vinyasa flow is a great weight-bearing exercise for your arms.Each teacher will help guide you through a lovely flow like pattern of asanas (postures) through what is known as a chaturanga (similar to a push-up). This style of yoga is loved and practiced by many yogis and we think you will come to love it, too! All levels are welcome for this class.
